Study on riverbed form of South Channel and South-North-Passage bifurcation in the Yangtze Estuary

摘要: 分析了1958～2005年不同时期长江口南港及南北槽分汉口的河床形态特征，以及河床U形断面与W形断面的相互转化．在此基础上，提出了以南港自身治理工程改善南港河道稳定性的建议．并认为，南北槽分汉口的治理经验可为南北港分汉口治理提供有益的借鉴．

Abstract: The riverbed form in different periods from 1958 to 2005 of the South Channel and the South-North-Passage bifurcation and the cross-section transformation between U-shape and W-shape are analyzed. Based on the analyses, improving the stability of the South Channel by regulation works is suggested, and it can be seen that the regulation experiences of the South-North-Passage bifurcation are helpful for the regulation of the South-North-Channel bifurcation.
