A new method of multi-attribute decision-making for interval numbers and its engineering application

摘要: 通过对传统逼近理想点法(TOPSIS)的改进,并与Monte Carle随机模拟法相结合,提出了决策信息—属性权重和属性值均为区间数的多属性决策方法.参照结构可靠度的概念定义了一种新的决策指数,并按决策指数的大小进行方案的排序.最后,通过一个简单的工程投资决策算例,说明该决策方法的应用步骤.Abstract: By improving the traditional TOPSIS method and incorporating the Monte Carle simulation,a new method for multi-attribute decision-making with decision information such as attribute weight and attribute value in the form of interval numbers is presented.A new decision-making index is defined considering the concept of structural reliability,and all alternatives are to be ranked according to the decision-making index.Finally,a simple investment problem as an example is given to illustrate how to use the proposed method in engineering.
